JUNIOR LEAGUE OF MONTGOMERY VOLUNTEERS FOR A SATURDAY OF SERVICE TO SENIORS
What a difference it makes to give back to our community! 25 volunteers from the Junior League of Montgomery spent a cold Saturday morning at MACOA where they cooked and prepared 125 hot and delicious meals of chili, cornbread, and sweet treats of brownies and cookies. Thank you ladies for offering your helping hands to serve our senior neighbors!
WCOV-TV SHARES THE LOVE FOR SENIORS
We are grateful for the generous contribution of $5,000 from our Corporate Route Partner WCOV-TV Fox 20! This investment in our program will help provide a better life and promotes independence for homebound seniors through Meals on Wheels. JOIN US FOR THE 24TH ANNUAL CULINARY CAPER
Chefs from Montgomery’s finest restaurants will host the 24th Annual Culinary Caper to benefit MACOA and our Meals on Wheels program. This highly anticipated event will be held on Sunday, March 4th at the Alabama Activity Center. The silent auction will open at 11:30 am with a reception to follow at 12:00 pm and lunch will be served at 12:30 pm. We are pleased to honor St. John’s Episcopal Church as the fourth recipient of the Rick Heinzman Memorial Meals on Wheels Award at this year’s event.
Each chef will prepare a signature item and serve their dish as part of a carefully planned menu for guests to enjoy during this seated luncheon affair. You may experience this exciting afternoon by purchasing a ticket at $75 per person. Tables of eight may be purchased for $750 to ensure preferred seating requests with your party. Sponsorship packages are also available from $1,200 to $5,000. Click here to learn more!

It is the perfect downtown venue for any special occasion including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, graduation gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, class and family reunions!
