The Archibald Center is available for private parties including weddings, receptions, reunions, birthday parties (legal drinking age and above), anniversary parties and college graduation parties. 

No fraternity or sorority gatherings or high school graduation parties
are allowed.

LOCATION: Downtown Montgomery in the MACOA Building

RENTAL RATES: 6 hours = $900; 12 hours = $1500

SAVE THE DATE with a $200 refundable security deposit due when the event is booked (refundable based on condition of the facility and property after the event).  

SIZE OF SPACE: The size of the facility is 4,622 sq. ft. 

VIEWING HOURS: Viewing hours are 8:30 am until 3 pm Monday through Thursday.

SEATING: The Archibald Center seats 130 comfortably for a sit down dinner; 150 for walk around reception. 

TABLES AND CHAIRS: The Archibald Center has 150 chairs, eighteen (18) 8 ft rectangular tables (seats 8-10), one (1) 4ft round table and one (1) 4ft rectangle table (plus other, miscellaneous tables). Tablecloths and chair covers are not provided.  

SET UP: The renter is responsible for set up of tables, chairs, décor, etc.

SECURITY: Security is included in the cost for all events.  

FOOD/REFRESHMENTS: Outside food is welcome.  A refrigerator, ice maker, prep station, warming units, and sink are available for use.
The stove may NOT be used.  No cooking is allowed.

ADULT BEVERAGES: Alcohol is allowed, but may not be sold.  The renter is responsible for those served alcohol.
